Compliance Manager - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to oversee third-party risk management and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, organizational policies, and industry best practices. This role will be pivotal in maintaining operational integrity, fostering trust with external vendors, and driving excellence in documentation, ESG-related customer requests, and data analytics initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Third-Party Risk Oversight:

• Develop and implement processes to evaluate, monitor, and mitigate third-party risks in alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure vendors comply with contractual and regulatory standards, periodically assess third-party systems, and identify areas of improvement.

Monitoring Compliance Inbox:

• Actively manage the compliance inbox, triage incoming queries, concerns, or escalations, and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Demonstrate excellent communication in responding to compliance-related inquiries from employees, clients, and third-party vendors.

Auditing and Evaluations:

• Conduct regular audits of third-party relationships, contracts, and operational activities to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory mandates.
• Identify non-compliance issues, recommend corrective actions, and facilitate their implementation.

Documentation Maintenance:

• Develop, update, and maintain documentation related to third-party risk management, including vendor agreements, compliance policies, and procedures.
• Create detailed reports summarizing compliance audit outcomes and risk assessments.

ESG Customer Requests Management:

• Collaborate with internal teams to address environmental, social, and governance (ESG) inquiries from customers and ensure third-party vendors support organizational ESG initiatives.
• Track ESG attributes of third-party vendors and contribute to sustainability-related reporting efforts.

Data Analytics:

• Leverage data analytics tools to assess third-party risks and monitor compliance metrics.
• Interpret data insights to inform decision-making, identify trends, and proactively enhance risk management strategies.
