What You'll Do Supports the Compliance, Privacy, and Ethics Manager in handling issues related to privacy, compliance, and ethical standards. Assists in upholding University Hospital's policies and procedures regarding the use and protection of protected health information (PHI), ensuring alignment with federal and state laws. Helps maintain compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations through active participation in audits, assessments, and monitoring activities. Contributes to the execution and review of State Ethics Program documentation and supports various compliance initiatives. Monitors the Compliance Helpline, documents concerns, and assists in the investigation and resolution of reported issues. Participates in the development and delivery of compliance and privacy training and awareness programs.
