SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a warm and inclusive primary school in Westminster to recruit an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child in Nursery with speech and language delay and emerging ASD traits.

About the Role:

• Provide consistent 1:1 support within a Nursery setting.

• Implement speech, language and sensory strategies with guidance from SENCO.

• Use visuals, now/next, and communication boards.

• Collaborate with EYFS staff to maintain consistent routines.

• Provide personal care support when needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• EYFS experience and understanding of child development.
