About the RoleA supportive and inclusive primary school in Gosport is seeking a full-time Year 5 Teacher to start immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a committed team and deliver high-quality teaching to a lively and enthusiastic class of upper Key Stage 2 pupils.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Promote positive behaviour and a love of learning
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Contribute to the wider school community and enrichment activities

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 5
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for pupil development and inclusive education
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
