Location: Nuneaton, CV10Weekly Rate: £460 - £500 per weekContract: Long-term to Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PMStart Date: ASAP or September 2025

Are you passionate about making a difference for children with additional needs? Do you have experience supporting pupils with Autism, attachment needs, and emotional regulation?

We are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 child with ASD and social-emotional needs. Your role will involve:

• Providing consistent 1:1 support in the classroom and during unstructured times

• Implementing strategies for emotional regulation and behaviour support

• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt learning activities

• Building trust and positive relationships to support engagement and progress

• Previous experience supporting SEN children, particularly Autism and SEMH needs

• Knowledge of strategies for emotional regulation and attachment

• A calm, patient, and resilient approach

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred (or equivalent experience)

• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
