• Monitor progress and contribute to regular reviews and planning

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a primary school setting, ideally supporting SEN pupils
• Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children thrive
