• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that enable all pupils to make excellent progress.

• Creating a warm, inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued and inspired.

• Using assessment effectively to inform your teaching and support pupils' next steps

The ideal candidate will be:

• A passionate, motivated and enthusiastic teacher with a genuine love for KS1 education.

• Somebody who brings creativity, ambition and fresh ideas to the classroom.

• An individual with a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum, phonics and assessment requirements.
