We are currently seeking X8 Customer Service Advisors to join an expanding call centre team for the next 6 months on a fixed terms contract.
Pay: £23,887
Hours: 36 hours and will be required to log on and be ready to work at 08.54 and log out at 17.06. 1 hour lunch. Monday to Saturday, you will get one day off in the week if you are scheduled to work a Saturday. This will be one in four Saturdays.

Duties:
• Demonstrable evidence of a good standard of education, numeracy and literacy.
• Demonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer service through a range of contact channels (telephone, webchat, email)
• Experience in a Contact Centre environment
• Experience of working in a high pressure work environment
• Experience of data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Demonstrable evidence of ICT with knowledge of MS Office packages and the ability to learn in house software systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organise and prioritise workloads
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent telephone manner with an ability to build rapport with customers
