Project Delivery Manager (x2)
  • Daily Rate: £500.00 - £600.00 (inside IR35, umbrella)
  • Location: London (consideration for Glasgow or Salford)
  • Job Type: Contract (6 months)
  • Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, 35 hours per week

We are seeking two experienced Project Delivery Managers to join our Delivery Operations team working for our national broadcasting company. This role is crucial for supporting the Product Group in procuring, managing, and reporting across external supplier engagements. This is an operational delivery-focused role, ideal for someone with a strong background in vendor and third-party supplier management within a product environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage end-to-end third-party digital delivery and procurement within a technically complex and dynamic environment.
  • Take responsibility for the effective management and maintenance of relationships with third-party suppliers.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including third-party suppliers, to ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Create, manage, and evolve third-party contracts with support from Legal and/or Commercial teams.
  • Track budgets meticulously against expenditure and assist in drafting and shaping business cases and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain operational process documentation and dashboards to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively, negotiate, influence, and build trust across all levels of the organisation using a variety of styles, tools, and techniques.
  • Meet challenging deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and directions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end third-party digital delivery and procurement within a product environment.
  • Strong capability in managing and developing relationships with third-party suppliers.
  • Skilled in creating and managing third-party contracts, with a solid understanding of budget tracking and financial management.
  • Experience in drafting business cases, presentations, and operational documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to new challenges or changes in direction.
  • Proactive and team-oriented with an understanding approach to collaborative work.
