Workshop Team Leader – Maidstone

You will be an organised people leader, with proven workshop experience, who encourages and promotes a team environment. You will manage a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, support, and ensuring a safe place to work, through excellent Health and Safety protocols. You will be passionate about the efficient running of the Workshop and pro-active communication, delivering a fantastic service to all customers.

Key responsibilities:Oversee and organise the workshop team whilst managing productivity and efficiencies.Be the go-to for any support required for Technician and workshop staff.Be able to provide technical knowledge to your team of technicians as well as customers when required.Ensure all work is authorised to a high standard.Promote high standards on job card write up to prevent warranty rejections.Mentor apprentices to empower them to become the future of tomorrow.Closing Date: 30/09/2025Next steps:1.
