Join one of London's leading law firms in a brand-new role that blends workplace experience, facilities operations, and day-to-day business support.
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and personable Workplace & Operations Co-ordinator to work closely with our Facilities Manager in ensuring our growing team enjoys an exceptional working environment.
What you'll do:
Support the Facilities Manager with workplace experience and operational tasks across our offices.
Help manage our planned maintenance schedule (PPM) and liaise with contractors and internal teams.
Oversee desk bookings via Condeco, including allocations for fee-earners.
Manage security pass issuance and usage data.
Act as fire marshal and assist with evacuation procedures.
Provide first aid supply management and occasional front-of-house cover.
Coordinate with building management on any premises issues (temperature, lighting, shared services).
Assist with DSE assessments in conjunction with HR.
What we're looking for:
At least 2 years' experience in operations or facilities management.
Knowledge of planned maintenance schedules is a plus.
Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong organisational skills, a can-do attitude, and a commercial mindset.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in a professional services environment is advantageous.
