As Workflow Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing the flow of administrative work across support teams in employment, litigation, and regulatory practice areas. You’ll allocate tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure a smooth, timely delivery of support services. This is a key role that supports team performance, continuous improvement, and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate and monitor administrative workloads across multiple teams
  • Ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Maintain best practice guidelines and process documentation
  • Contribute to internal projects to improve efficiency and service
  • Support health & safety assessments and office audits

About You

  • 3+ years of PA or administrative experience (ideally in a professional services setting)
  • Experience managing workloads and delegating tasks
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable using and learning new IT systems
