Are you skilled with your hands and take pride in producing high-quality, custom-made products? A growing company in Hartlebury is looking for a detail-oriented technician to join their team.

This role involves creating custom frames to exact specifications, ensuring each piece meets premium standards, and working efficiently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct bespoke frames with precision and care

• Measure, cut, assemble, and finish frame components to high standards

• Maintain quality and presentation throughout all stages of production

• Support fast turnaround orders while preserving craftsmanship

About You:

• Strong manual skills with an eye for detail

• Experience in framing, carpentry, joinery, or similar hands-on roles preferred

• DIY skills and comfort with tools are advantageous

• Able to work independently and collaboratively

• Flexible with a willingness to work overtime when necessary
