Full training will be given, and you will be encouraged to learn multiple areas of production.This role would suit someone with a practical background, confident using hand tools, keen to learn, and looking for long-term stability within a successful and growing company.The Role

• Wiring and assembly of lighting products
• Use of hand tools to build, assemble, and finish products
• Packing and dispatch duties as required

The Person

• Hands-on practical experience (assembly, wiring, or similar)
• Confident using hand tools
• Willingness to learn new skills and work across multiple tasks
• Commutable to Hadleigh
