£30k + commission

Forward Role isworking withan ambitious fitness eCommerce brand, growing rapidly across global markets, to recruit a commercially minded Sales Executive to join their  growing wholesale team.

The role:

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll help drive sales of their fitness products through gyms, retailers, and B2B partners.

You’ll be responsible for managing inbound leads, nurturing key accounts, and identifying high-potential growth opportunities across their expanding network.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset and experience in the health and fitness sector—think gyms, wellness brands, or sports performance companies as well as anyone with extensive wholesale experience in a similar vertical.

You'll also work cross-functionally with our Marketing and Ops teams to help shape our approach to wholesale and B2B expansion.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage inbound wholesale enquiries and qualify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with UK-based gyms, retailers, and B2B partners.
  • Proactively identify and outreach to prospective wholesale customers with high growth potential.
  • Educate new accounts about products, values, and brand story.
  • Support strategic partnerships to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Represent the business at trade events, expos, and key networking opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align messaging and visual assets for wholesale use.
  • Share insights with the wider team to help optimise product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Liaise with the Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and order fulfilment.

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the fitness, wellness or retail industry.
  • Commercially astute with a drive to exceed revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities independently.
  • Positive mindset, team-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
  • Industry contacts (e.g. gyms, sport teams, wellness brands) highly desirable.
