We’re looking to hire a Wholesale Manager to join the team in Chertsey. This position is an exciting new and influential role responsible for a recent project with a significant spend. This role is pivotal in supporting the individual businesses to drive the overall performance, constantly aiming for ambitious growth and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage wholesaler estate 
  • Work across the Foodbuy Group business to align wholesale commercial agreements and deliver value to client. 
  • Support wider team in creation of wholesale strategy to enhance the offering to client and promote a strong growth culture.
  • Work with wholesalers to deliver continuous value to our client throughout the contract term as well as strong ways of collaborative working. 
  • Commercial ownership of all distributor contracts, including overall strategy, contract management and reporting.
  • Work alongside the Category Business Management and Account Management team to deliver continuous value to our client throughout the term of their wholesale contracts. 
  • Work alongside sales and account management team on wholesale category re-negotiations and new business tenders 
  • Delivery of contractual KPI’s
  • Identify new partners and disruptors as the supply chain industry evolves. 
  • Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated and that they are followed at all times.
