Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor for an immediate start, temporary assignment based in Cardiff.Pay Rate: £15.04 per hourHybrid/ Work from home OpportunityAs a Welsh Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include.

• Respond to all types of customer enquiries which come into the organisation.
• Use systems to manage and update enquiries.
• Processing permitting applications and licences.
• Ensuring accurate data capture and processing to relevant systems
• Dealing with other enquiries within the Customer Hub Team.

The successful candidate for the Welsh Customer Service Advisor role will also need the following skills;

• Fluent in both Welsh and English languages
• Good experience with all Microsoft packages
• Accurate with inputting data into systems.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to solve problems.
• Ability to work to strict times called and deadlines.
