Welding Supervisor / Cobham area / £45k Dreaming of a senior position that leverages your welding skills and leadership potential? Look no further! This market-leading Engineering business offers a fantastic opportunity to oversee a team of specialists in their state-of-the-art facility. You will be tasked with overseeing welding certificates, managing workflow and coordinating day to day workload for your team. If you are an experienced TIG Welder looking for the next step then this is the role for you. Hours: Standard days (37.5 hours per week) + 33 days holiday (inc BH) + training on internal practices + much more What you'll do:

• Lead a highly skilled Weld & Quality team.
• Gain in-house training on their bespoke industry product.
• Oversee the Weld & Quality department, ensuring top-notch standards.

Requirements:

• TIG Welding background (Essential)
• Aerospace and/or Oil&Gas background (Essential)
• CSWIP (Desirable)
