Welder / Fabricator – Driffield Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturing company in Driffield to recruit a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join the busy team. Salary: £15ph Hours:Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 17:15You’ll fabricate and weld structural steel frames, sub-assemblies, and modular chassis from engineering drawings, using MIG welding on a range of steel sections and gauges.You will carry out:

• Weld and assemble steel units to drawings and tolerances.
• Operate workshop tools (cutting, grinding, forming).
• Carry out quality checks before and after welding.
• Keep your work area safe, clean, and organised.

We are keen to speak with Welder / Fabricators with:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Fabrication & Welding (or equivalent).
• Proven MIG welding/fabrication experience, ideally in structural steel or modular builds.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
