Weekend Production Operatives - Baltic Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Baltic Recruitment are proud to be supporting our prestigious client in Pickering who are recruiting for Production Operators to join their busy team during a weekend.

About the Business:

Our Client are an international business who manufactures the highest quality plastic injection moulded, painted and assembled products, using state of the art injection moulding machines and modern technologies.

About The Role:

To assist the team to meet the company goals in a timely and appropriate manner and ensure operational needs are met whenever possible. To support production operations through utilising varied skill set and support other members of the team in achieving their objectives.

Start Dates: Immediate

Working 2 shifts per week:

Alternating:

• Week 1 - Day Shift: Saturday and Sunday - 07:50am - 20:00pm
• Week 2 - Night Shift: Saturday and Sunday - 19:50pm - 08:00am

Pay Rates: £12.50 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assembling parts in line with customer specifications.
• Operating press machines in a safely manner.
• Picking and packing, as well as labelling and scanning of finished products.
• Loading and unloading products, whilst following safe manual handling guidelines.
• Checking quality of the finished product.
• Maintaining good housekeeping in line with 'clean as you go' policy.

About you:

• Ability to communicate fluently in English (both written and verbal).
• High degree of flexibility.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to follow instructions.
• Must have eye for the detail.
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks and in line with performance targets.
• Must be 18+

Must have own transport or a means of getting to and from work.
