Web Developer - Elevation Recruitment Group : Job Details

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a specialist finance company based in South Yorkshire with the recruitment of a Web Developer.

Reporting into the Lead Developer, this role offers an exciting and varied opportunity including but not limited to design creation, testing, and an opportunity to implement new applications.

This web Developer’s duties will include but are not limited to:

• Develop well-engineered web-based applications using modern frameworks and best practices
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and design effective user interfaces
• Test, debug, and optimise applications for performance and compatibility
• Work on a variety of internal tools, public websites, and integration layers
• Participate in Agile sprints and work closely with Project Managers to deliver requirements

The successful candidate will demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:

• 4+ years of commercial experience with .NET Core MVC / .NET Framework 4+, Visual Studio 2015–2022
• HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
• JavaScript/jQuery
• RESTful API / SOAP integration
• SQL Server 2014–2022
• Source control (Git/TFS)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

It would be beneficial if candidates have experience in Azure services, mobile or app development, SSRS and Crystal Reports.
