Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative Website Designer & Developer with expertise in HTML, CSS, and WordPress. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, technical proficiency, and the capability to create and maintain functional, responsive, and visually appealing websites. While this role is primarily office-based, we provide flexible hybrid working options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing website layouts and user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure websites are responsive, optimized for various devices, and meet best practices for usability and accessibility.
• Perform regular website updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Stay updated with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure best practices are followed.
• Provide other design services such as brochures, social media graphics, logos, and print solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Website Designer & Developer.
• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Extensive experience with WordPress, including theme customization and plugin integration.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with basic SEO principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing your web design and development work.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of JavaScript and PHP.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
