Role Purpose:Support the Commercial & Pricing Manager in all aspects of watch sales, pricing, and distribution—both pre- and post-refurbishment. This role involves administrative support, business-to-business sales, and performance analysis across the watch lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive improvements across key performance indicators (KPIs). Regular travel between Hockley Support Centre and Rochester Estate is required, with flexibility to work from other H&T locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational:
- Assist in selecting watches for trade sales and auctions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Host trade viewings, negotiate sales, and maintain compliance throughout.
- Provide support to stores with watch-related queries.
Commercial:
- Work closely with the merchandising team to align stock and sales strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to grow the watch repair and servicing stream.
- Partner with the Valuations Team and other departments to ensure a seamless end-to-end process.
Projects & Initiatives:
- Plan and implement new initiatives and changes within the watch category.
- Participate in watch-related projects, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of business goals.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of watch brands and models.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate and close sales.
- Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to manage changing priorities and work independently
