Warranty Administrator - Reed : Job Details

My Golborne based client is seeking a dedicated Warranty Administrator to join their team immediately on a temporary to permanent basis. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced administration role is committed to providing high-quality customer support.

• Temporary to Permanent
• Annual Salary: £24,000
• Location: Golborne, near Wigan and Warrington
• Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (16:30 finish on Fridays) – 100% office based.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to manage and process customer warranty claims. This role involves direct communication with customers and service agents, accurate data entry, and coordination across multiple systems to ensure timely and efficient warranty resolutions.

Duties:

• Handle customer warranty claims via telephone and email, providing timely and professional support.
• Log and process all warranty claims through the Global Warranty Portal.
• Liaise with service agents to log claims, coordinate service visits, and ensure timely completion of warranty work.
• Pursue completion of warranty jobs, collect signed paperwork from service agents, and update customers and systems accordingly.
• Maintain and update multiple internal systems with warranty claim statuses and documentation.
• Administer and monitor the warranty email inbox, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and accurately.

Specification:

• Previous experience in a warranty administration or general administration role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or warranty management systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
