Stores Team Leader

Location: Solihull

Shifts: Earlies, Lates & Nights

Earlies - Monday to Thursday, 6am to 3pm (6am to 12pm Fridays)

Lates - Monday to Thursday, 1pm to 10pm (12pm to 6pm Fridays)

Nights - Monday to Thursday, 7.30pm to 6am (4 nights)

About the Role:

You will be responsible for ensuring the Stores are maintained to a high standard and take full responsibility for the availability of products of which will be bought both effectively and efficiently to deliver savings to the Client.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process orders as required with the correct procedure.

· Issue stock products to the Client

· Expedite all outstanding purchase orders in timely manner when required.

· Accurately and efficiently record goods delivered into the stock control system.

· Confirm customer deliveries in a timely manner.

· Ensure approved documentation is accurately completed and authorised where necessary.

· Conduct rotational stock checks.

· Record stock locations for new products required in store.

· Record stock adjustments and to action as appropriate

· Delivery of excellent Client experience and satisfaction

· Working in a Fast-paced environment with responsive action

· Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Excellent IT/Computer Skills (SAP, MS Excel are desirable)
