Working week: Monday - Friday

SUMMARY

Our client is a National Distributor within the construction supply / trade sector. They are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor at their South Ruislip site to take responsibility for the management of the warehouse according to company procedures and policies, and Health and Safety Requirements.

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Total management and responsibility of the warehouse and all colleagues (Team of 7)
• Inventory and stock control
• Full compliance with H&S
• Implementing/enforcing and documentation of company policies and procedures
• Setting and monitoring KPI's
• Assisting on warehouse floor when needed
• Communicating across departments e.g. Transport and Sales Office
• Maintain site to high standard
• Staff training

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Lead and motivate with strong people and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• The ability to work under pressure
• Organisational skills
• Capable of leading a team
• Previous Warehouse Supervisor experience
