Our client is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join their fast-paced and friendly team in Beckton, East London. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, opportunities for career growth, and a dynamic working environment where no two days are the same.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Accurately receive, process, and fulfil customer orders.
• Picking & Packing: Pick products and prepare them securely for dispatch.
• Inventory Management: Support stock control and conduct regular stock checks.
• Loading & Unloading: Safely load/unload goods from delivery vehicles.
• Quality Control: Check for product quality and report any issues.
• Warehouse Organisation: Keep the workspace clean, organised, and safe.
• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Health & Safety: Follow company safety procedures and policies.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve warehouse operations.

?? Additional Duties:

• Driving Cover: You will be required to cover driving duties (6:00 am - 3:00 pm) during staff annual leave or sickness.
• Overtime: Flexibility is essential. Occasional overtime (3:00 pm - 6:00 pm) may be required based on business needs.

? Requirements:

• Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift License.
• Hold a Full UK Driving License.
• Previous experience in a warehouse role is desirable but not essential.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
• Good attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using basic warehouse software and systems.
• Willingness to be flexible with hours and duties as required.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
