C2 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Stock Operative to join our market-leading client in their chilled distribution centre in Thornbury. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on auditing, accuracy, and supply chain integrity.

The Role and Pay

This position offers a salary of £24,453 per annum for a 37.5-hour week (plus break).

You will work 5 days out of 7, on 8-hour shifts between 22:00 (10 PM) - 06:00 (6 AM).

• Role Focus: Auditing Inbound accuracy (GFR), Picker accuracy checks, and Load Adherence compliance.
• Environment: Fast-paced, target-driven, chilled working environment, involving periods of manual handling.
• Integrity: Requires strict adherence to procedures and high standards of integrity.
