Join our client's dynamic team as a Warehouse Operative in Northampton. This temp to perm role involves warehouse picking and packing of spare parts, working as part of a small team. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, comfortable handling telephone enquiries, and numerate. A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential as training can be provided.

• Perform pick and pack tasks efficiently, including handling tiny screws which require attention to detail.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to basic enquiries.
• Utilise simple computer systems to track inventory and process orders.
• Work collaboratively within a team of 4 staff to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Computer literacy is essential.
• Comfortable with telephone-based customer service.
• Good numerical skills.
• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Forklift licence is advantageous but not required as training can be provided.

• Competitive salary of £26,000 plus potential bonuses.
• Monday to Friday work schedule, 8:30am to 5:00pm, totalling 37.5 hours per week.
• Attendance allowance of £50.
• Additional £85 for valid forklift licence holders.
