Warehouse Operative - Reed : Job Details

Location: TewkesburySalary: £12.80 per hourHours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week across five shiftsShift Times: 07:00–16:30, 09:00–18:30; Saturdays 07:00–16:00 (with flexibility to stay longer if needed)Job Type: Temp to Perm

Join a leading independent distributor and become a vital part of their warehouse team. This is a hands-on role where you'll help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently — all while working with high-quality, locally sourced products.

• Picking and rotating stock with precision
• Replenishing inventory and keeping the workspace clean and safe
• Loading and securing goods onto delivery vehicles
• Following food hygiene standards to maintain product quality

• A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment (2–6°C)
• Previous warehouse or food production experience is helpful but not essential
• PPT or LLOP licenses are a plus — full training provided
• Reliable transport to the Tewkesbury site (public transport may not suit shift times)
