Are you a reliable and hardworking individual looking to join a well-established manufacturing business in Basildon? Our client is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join their busy team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are flexible, committed, and eager to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

• General warehouse duties including picking, packing, and loading

• Supporting production and dispatch operations

• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained

• Adhering to company procedures and meeting performance targets

• Must be able to work rotating shifts:

  • 6am-2pm

  • 2pm-10pm

  • 10pm-6am

• Driving license and own transport essential - location is not easily accessible by public transport

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential

• A strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a team-player attitude

• Full-time, ongoing work with potential for permanent placement

• Great working environment with on-the-job training
