Warehouse OperativeDidcot£11.50 per hourThree-month placement starting ASAP following an interviewPertemps Didcot are recruiting for someone with an eye for detail who has experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Our client requires someone to carry out stock take on their products within their large warehouse near Didcot.Warehouse Operative duties will include:

• Working from an excel spreadsheet to source stock locations
• Pull down stock from locations within warehouse
• Count stock levels and record on excel spreadsheet
• Return stock to correct locations
• Occasionally work from an alternative site location (transport provided)
• Working on your feet for the majority of each working day, with some time at a desk to record stock levels on a computer

To be considered for this Warehouse Operative position you will have:

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• A basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and be computer literate
• A good mathematical ability in order to accurately count and monitor stock levels
• Ability to work alone once given instructions
• Manual handling experience

More about the role:

• This position is expected to be for a three-month duration due to the volume of stock
• An interview process will take place ahead of the start date to ensure suitability
• Working hours: 08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
• Weekly or Monthly pay (You decide!)
