Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time, Monday to Thursday (8:30am - 5:30pm) Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm)

Location: Shirley

Salary: £20,000 - £23,000

Our client is looking for a motivated and dynamic Warehouse Operative to join their warehouse in Shirley. Previous experience is not necessary, all training will be provided.

The ideal candidate should take pride in their work, possess a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Duties include:

• Sorting and placing materials or items onto racks/shelves
• Collecting items from throughout the warehouse
• Preparing and completing orders for delivery
• Performing warehouse inventory controls via scanner and/or computer

Skills and experience required:

• Ability to work well with others.
• Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
• Be flexible and open to change.
• Ability to organise your time and workload.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well with your hands.
