Warehouse Manager - WALKER COLE INTERNATIONAL LTD : Job Details

Walker Cole International is searching for a Warehouse Manager to join a global third-party logistics (3PL) and supply chain organisation at their healthcare-regulated site in Northamptonshire.

As the Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a large team of warehouse staff (5 direct reports, ~80 indirect) within a GDP-regulated healthcare environment.
• Driving operational excellence by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets aligned with customer KPIs and service level agreements.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including planning, transport, and customer service teams.
• Championing Health & Safety across the site and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Representing the operation in customer and business reviews with professionalism and commercial awareness.

To be successful as the Warehouse Manager, you will have:

• Proven experience managing warehouse operations in a fast-paced 3PL, retail, or consumer environment.
• Strong leadership experience managing both permanent and agency workforces.
• A customer-focused mindset with strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments (GDP experience desirable).
• A proactive, hands-on approach to driving performance and developing teams.
