Warehouse & Logistics Administrator

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Warehouse & Logistics Administrator to join our busy and friendly team. This is a varied role combining hands-on warehouse duties with customer service and admin support.
What You’ll Do:
- Wrap, strap, and prepare pallets for dispatch
- Receive, check, and manage incoming goods and stock
- Track orders and liaise with suppliers (UK & overseas)
- Respond to customer queries and handle complaints
- Create quotes, process orders and invoices
- Update internal systems and pricing
- Support the logistics and production teams
- General warehouse tidying and stock management
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in warehouse/admin/customer service roles preferred
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident using MS Office and learning in-house systems
- A team player with a "can-do" attitude
