Warehouse Assistant - Hayley Group Limited : Job Details

Hayley Group Limited are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join the growing, fast-paced Online Sales Division based at our Halesowen branch. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:

As our Warehouse Assistant, you will help provide excellent service to our customers. You will mainly be assisting with operations in our warehouse, occasionally providing support with ad-hoc driving duties.

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, including 1 in 8 Saturday mornings.

Key responsibilities as our Warehouse Assistant will include:

• Picking and checking customer orders are correct prior to delivery.
• Serving customers on the trade counter.
• Assisting with stock control.
• Receiving goods and deliveries.
• Completing deliveries and collections as required.
• Supporting management and office with stores requirements.

Skills & attributes we're looking for in our Warehouse Assistant:

• Valid UK manual driving licence.
• FLT licence is desirable, however not essential.
• Time management and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused, driven to provide consistently high levels of service. 
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Good level of communication and numerical skills.
• Ability to work independently using own initiative and as part of a team.
