About the Role

Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall are recruiting Waking Nights Care Assistants to support two female customers with complex needs in their own homes.

You will remain awake and attentive throughout the night, providing:

• Personal care and mobility assistance

• Medication support and monitoring

• Repositioning and pressure area care

• Reassurance and companionship

Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable car (essential)

• Existing right to work in the UK

• A caring, reliable, and professional approach

• Previous care experience welcome but not essential – full training provided

Shift Details

• Waking Night shifts, 8.30pm-8am

• Consistent and reliable overnight work supporting regular customers
