Waking Night Support Worker – Cottenham, CambridgeSalary: £12.71 per hour | Hours: 40 per week

About the RoleWe are looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in Cottenham. You will provide practical and emotional support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or challenging behaviour, helping them live as independently as possible.

Shifts include weekends, bank holidays, and potential sleep-ins.

What We’re Looking For

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)

Experience supporting vulnerable adults (preferred)

Calm, confident, and able to work independently or in a team

Strong communication skills and commitment to safeguarding
