Vice President, FX Sales

About the RoleI am looking to hire a Vice President for the FX Sales team of a global financial services business helping drive product adoption and deepen client relationships through data-driven insights. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping client strategy, creating impactful reports, and supporting onboarding initiatives to ensure clients maximize value from our offerings.

What you'll do:

  • Act as a key data analyst for Client Engagement: managing large datasets, generating insights, and producing client-facing analysis that drives product usage and market engagement.

  • Lead the creation of quarterly strategic decks used by senior leadership in client and market discussions.

  • Manage onboarding and ongoing engagement with new and existing participants, ensuring smooth adoption and expansion of product usage.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and client managers to enhance client experience, communicate product functionality, and unlock revenue growth opportunities.

  • Support data product initiatives and provide backup coverage when needed.

  • Analyse prospective client data to produce adoption reports that inform business development efforts.

  • Develop and enhance client-facing materials that strengthen engagement and support product growth.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and polished client-ready reports.

  • At least 5 years' experience in the FX market or a related financial services sector.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an eye for detail and high standards for output.

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.

  • Strong relationship management abilities, with a collaborative and consultative approach.

  • Understanding of the sales process and experience in supporting product adoption strategies.

  • Track record of execution in analytical roles dealing with large, complex datasets.

  • Experience within financial market infrastructures, banks, CCPs, or exchanges is a plus.

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.

  • Goal-oriented self-starter with persistence and drive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field preferred.
