Visa Compliance Administrator

Location: South Kensington/Hybrid 2 days on campus Contract Type: Temporary, Full Time Monday - Friday 35 hours per week Hourly Rate: £20.31Contract Length: 9 weeks

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to queries from the Visa Compliance Team via email and phone.
  • Collate and scan student visa documentation as needed.
  • Assist in verifying eVisas.
  • Upload student visa documentation to the student records system.
  • Support online registration throughout the year, ensuring only eligible students proceed with their registration.
  • analyse regular reports related to visa compliance and record-keeping.
  • Contact students and departments for outstanding documents or information.
  • Conduct regular internal audits of data on the student record system.
  • Assist the Head of Visa Compliance with additional visa compliance tasks.
  • Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

Essential Requirements:

  • Abilities commensurate with a first degree or equivalent educational experience.
  • Proven experience in higher education administration.Experience in using databases for information retrieval.Proven experience of accurate data entry.Experience working with students.Ability to understand and follow complex regulations and processes.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
