Your Role as Senior VIP Travel Manager (Elite VIP Team):

Deliver superior-level consultations to clients via telephone and email,

precisely identifying and fulfilling their travel needs.

Utilize exceptional airfare expertise to secure the most advantageous

pricing and personalized travel solutions.

Expertly arrange flights and develop intricate travel itineraries to

worldwide destinations using major reservation systems (Galileo,

Amadeus, Sabre).

Provide professional and detailed advice on visa requirements, ensuring

seamless visa arrangements.

Manage and resolve client queries with dedication and accountability,

maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction.

Clearly communicate fare rules, regulations, and conditions with

confidence and accuracy to foster transparency and trust.

Proactively identify opportunities to maximize profitability on each

booking while maintaining impeccable client relationships.

Continuously engage in personal and professional development to refine

sales techniques, customer engagement, and industry knowledge.

Skills & Experience Required:

Extensive experience as a Travel Manager or Consultant, preferably in

premium or VIP client service environments.

Advanced proficiency in at least one major CRS (Amadeus, Galileo,

Sabre, or Worldspan).

Superior airfare and international itinerary management skills.

Exceptional English language proficiency, ensuring clear, professional,

and articulate communication.
