This agency works with some of the world's most innovative B2B technology companies and is known for its integrated, strategic campaigns that drive business results.Reporting directly to the executive leadership, the successful candidate will lead a portfolio of tech clients, shape strategic direction, and mentor a high-performing team. You will play a vital role in both agency growth and operational leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Campaign Leadership
- Develop and lead integrated communications strategies for B2B tech clients
- Provide senior counsel on positioning, media strategy, and crisis/reputation management
- Foster strong relationships with top-tier media, analysts, and industry influencers
Team Management & Development
- Mentor Account Supervisors, Account Directors, and junior staff
- Lead performance reviews, development planning, and team resourcing
- Promote a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence
Agency Strategy & Growth
- Partner with leadership on new business development and agency operations
- Contribute to pitches, proposals, and organic client growth
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and account profitability analysis
Internal Impact
- Support DE&I efforts and help drive inclusive practices
- Collaborate with HR and People Ops on recruitment and talent retention
- Play an active role in shaping internal communications and company culture
About You
- Demonstrated PR or integrated communications experience, ideally within B2B technology
- Track record of leading complex client relationships and delivering measurable impact
- Proven team leader and mentor, with a passion for developing people
- Deep media network across business and tech publications
- Strategic thinker with hands-on capability and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
