Venue Sales Executive large events - Antony James Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

I am working with an exclusive, luxury hotel based in the heart of London, who are looking for a new Venue Sales Executive (large events).

Salary- £35,000

Working onsite (West London)

What you will be doing-

• Liaising with clients in the planning process of their event to create & present accurate function sheets.
• To enter all enquiries, bookings, denials, and cancellations into the appropriate Hotel's diary system.
• Liaise with all operational departments to ensure that all requirements are met and revenue is maximised.
• Responsible for ensuring clients are invoiced correctly.
• Attending any site visits, planning meetings, tastings, or other occasions as required by the Hotel/Client
• Proactive contracting & rate negotiation.
• Focus on specific sectors as agreed with the Venue Sales Diary Manager

Experience required-

• Minimum one years' experience in Events Sales, in the hotel Industry
• Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player
• Self-motivated and good organisational skill
• Experience in the following systems desirable: Opera, Delphi FDC
• You must be legally eligible to work in UK
