Vehicle Technician – Rugby£42,000 basic salaryFull-time – 47.5 hours per weekWeekdays: 7am–5pm | Optional overtime on 2 out of 4 Saturdays (7am–12pm)Driving licence required

We’re looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a busy automotive preparation centre in Rugby. You’ll be working on a wide range of vehicles, helping to get them ready for sale, and making sure every job is done to a high standard.

• £42,000 basic salary

• Carrying out repairs and maintenance on various makes and models
• Handling tasks such as brakes, tyres, clutches, cambelts, and oil changes
• Performing diagnostics and minor electrical work
• Ensuring vehicles meet quality standards before they go on sale
• Working closely with the workshop team to keep things running smoothly
• Conducting inspections and assessments with care and accuracy

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Diagnostic technician experience, ideally across multiple brands
• Background in a fast-paced workshop or technician role
• High attention to detail and pride in your work
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
