Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team in Southampton.Responsibilities:Conduct routine maintenance checks and vehicle repairsDiagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faultsPerform work according to manufacturer guidelines and standardsCarry out vehicle inspections and road testsMaintain accurate records of work and parts usedProvide training and mentorship to junior techniciansRequirements:Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a workshop settingNVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalentStrong diagnostic and problem-solving abilitiesEfficiency in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and methodical work approachFull UK driving licenseWorking hours:Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 (with a 30-minute lunch break)Saturday: 08:00 to 13:00 (1 in 3 rota, paid at time and a half)Benefits:Competitive salary of £34,500 to £36,900 based on experienceGenerous bonus scheme with uncapped OTE - achievable £40,000+If you meet the requirements and are eager to excel as a Vehicle Technician, please consider applying.
