Vehicle Technician - Breeze Motor Group : Job Details

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join our award-winning team here at Breeze Van Centre Southampton. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £34,000 to £37,000 with OTE Between £37,000 & £40,000 uncapped.

Hours: Mon - Fri 08:00 to 17:00 (30min lunch) + Sat = 1 in 3 08:00 to 13:00 (Overtime @ 1.5)

Key responsibilities as our Vehicle Technician:

• Carrying out vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Working within Volkswagen and Breeze guidelines, so your diagnosis and repair are delivered to a high standard
• Embracing our EVC process to ensure our customers are advised of safety related issues at each visit
• Completing all necessary paperwork accurately, so clear and precise evidence of the repair and recommendations meet Volkswagen repair instructions
• Ideally an MOT Tester, although not essential as full training will be provided
• Ensuring health and safety is always adhered to in line with company policy

What we’re looking for in our Vehicle Technician:

Ideally, you’ll be a qualified VAG Technician, self-motivated, highly organised and you are able to be flexible with in a team environment. You will be working closely with your colleagues to deliver a great customer experience, whilst providing a high standard of work and achieving agreed deadlines. You will have a minimum NVQ level 3 and a full clean driving licence.
