Salary: £12 per hour (overtime available)

Hours: Monday - Friday / 8am-4:30pm

Location: Heathfield

Contract: Temporary (with a chance of going permanent for the right Candidate)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Fitter to join our team in Heathfield! Perhaps you enjoy working on cars in your spare time? Are a carpenter or carpet fitter who wants a change?This is the opportunity you are looking for!Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for one of the UK's largest vehicle conversion specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

* Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and SOP's* Skilfully use a wide range of air and hand tools* Follow a defined process without deviation* Maintain and build all assemblies to the quality standard required* Use and maintain company tools* Working on new vehicles to strip and refit them to customer specifications in terms of mobility access* Insulation and ply lining of vehicles* Fitting window glass and roof lights* Fitting Seats and tail lifts* Carpet lining of vehicles* Previous experience of working with hand tools is essential

Please Note: Due to the companies location, the ideal candidate should possess a valid driver's license and have access to a mode of transport, as public transport options in the area are limited.
