Vehicle Administrator

We are seeking a dedicate Vehicle Administrator to join our client. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background and proficiency in Excel. You will be part of a small yet crucial team, providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring operational excellence within the business.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Process daily reports and documentation with accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to the wider team.
- Perform data input and collation tasks.
- Update shipping schedules and process damages.
- Support the Compound Team where trained and appropriate.
- Maintain and monitor computer systems daily.
- Keep accurate timesheet records.
- Create and process purchase orders (POs).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
