VAT Accountant - Reed : Job Details

VAT Accountant needed for on-going assignment! 

Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving international company? Look no further! We are currently hiring a Qualified Accountant to join a busy team. As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for VAT reporting across global operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Timely preparation and submission of VAT returns for 29 countries, accompanying intrastats and corresponding preparation of paperwork for payment.
• Timely preparation and submission of statutory reports in accordance with local GAAP/ IFRS and other regulatory reporting.
• Supporting the manager with common processes, and other adhoc projects to drive efficiency and quality improvements within team.

Desired Experience:

• Professional Accounting Qualification: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Overseas Reporting Knowledge: Familiarity with IFRS or US GAAP an advantage.
• Practice Background: Experience within a practice setting is highly desirable.
