Job Title: Valuer

Location: Northfield, Birmingham

Basic Salary: £26,500

OTE: £34,000+

Requirements: 1 Year's Estate Agency Valuing Experience

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join our client busy Northfield office. The ideal candidate should have an outgoing personality, be highly committed, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to advance their career with one of the Midlands' leading Estate Agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• List properties on the market and manage sales processes.
• Liaise with clients and prospective buyers in a professional and respectful manner.
• Follow up on viewings and generate leads to help the office achieve its targets.
• Manage own diary efficiently and work with self-motivation and strong organizational skills.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year's experience valuing
• Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Full UK driving license required.

Working Hours:

• Saturday on a rota basis (1 in 3, with a day off in lieu)
